The Role
We would love to invite an experienced UX design contractor with a strong capabilities through the whole end to end design process to join our growing team. This team may very well turn into a full-time role depending on performance and fit.

You will be responsible for:
- Perform qualitative and quantitative user research.
- Identify themes from user research and generate hypothesis for optimisation.
- Deliver research reports.
- Deliver optimisation strategies.
- Deliver A/B testing designs.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external stakeholders to execute your strategies and designs.
- Report to the UXC Team Lead on progress, successes, ideas and challenges.
- Present your wireframes and or designs to clients, explaining your rationale using data.
- Collaborate with digital teams, including SEO and Paid Media
- Support the business with creatives for marketing
- Work from client offices (locally in Sydney) on occasion to collaborate and build relationships.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- At least 3 years in user experience.
- Proven ability to analyse user research data and derive actionable insights for effective marketing strategies.
- Experience in marketing, digital optimisation, program or e-commerce management is beneficial.
- Understanding of analytics and split testing tools is ideal.
- Knowledge of usability best practices and conversion psychology.
- Broad knowledge of online marketing strategy, including SEO, content, social, and paid search desired.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal, presented and written.
- Has formal UX training (Bachelor of UX, Graphic Design or Visual Communication)
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Confident and proactive in building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Meet set timelines and problem solve issues relating to project outcomes and delivery.
- Experience with working in agency.
Valued, but not required:
- Broad understanding of (or experience with) other online marketing services, including biddable media, and email marketing.
- Google Analytics & Google Ads certifications.
- Any additional certifications relevant to the digital space.
