Overview

Due to an increase in projects, Yoghurt Digital is seeking a contractor to assist in delivering our User Research and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) products.

You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of user research studies. This role is for July and August, with potential for full-time employment based on project sign-offs.

The Role

As a Conversion Optimisation Analyst, you'll play an integral role as the primary strategist in charge of delivering growth strategies for a portfolio of clients.

You will be leading user experience research studies, gathering user behaviour insights, designing and developing growth strategies and working collaboratively with the team to execute A/B tests.

We’re looking for candidates that have experience in Conversion Optimisation and A/B Testing.

You will be responsible for:

  • End-to-end ownership of client accounts engaged with us for Conversion Optimisation.
  • Communicate directly with clients on strategy and performance of their accounts.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Execution, management, and reporting of split tests.
  • Utilise Google Analytics 4 for data analysis and insights.
  • Plan and execute A/B testing to optimise conversion rates.
  • Perform in-depth qualitative research to understand user behaviour and preferences.
  • Conduct quantitative research to gather data and support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with design teams to implement user research findings into design changes.
  • Lead and direct user research projects, ensuring they align with client objectives.
  • Develop and communicate effective strategies and recommendations based on research insights.
  • Stay organised and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Minimum of 5 years in marketing with a strong strategic mindset.
  • Proven ability to analyse user research data and derive actionable insights for effective marketing strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics; certification preferred.
  • Understanding of split testing tools.
  • Knowledge of usability best practices and conversion psychology.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal, presented and written.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Confident and proactive in building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Valued, but not required:

  • If you have design experience, that would be highly favourable.
  • Broad knowledge of online marketing strategy, including SEO, content, social, and paid search desired.
  • Experience in marketing, digital optimisation, program or e-commerce management is beneficial.
