We balance smart data insights and inspired strategy to help produce powerful results for our clients.

The Role

As a Biddable Coordinator, you’ll be working in a team assisting in the strategy development and execution for our clients. But don't stress - you don’t need to have previous experience in digital to apply! We’re looking for highly analytical thinkers - we’ll provide all of the other training you need to succeed.

You will be responsible for:

  • Being responsible for the performance of a dedicated client portfolio
  • Execution of paid search campaigns, with a focus on client KPIs
  • Delivery of keyword research, channel recommendations and creation of compelling ad copy
  • Working with Account Managers and the Biddable team on strategies, ideas and recommendations to improve campaign performance
  • Optimisation recommendations based on clients goals and data analysis
  • Creation of audiences and execution of social media campaigns
  • Putting together of monthly and quarterly performance reports, including communicating key insights and actionable next steps to your clients
  • Working closely with the Conversion Optimisation and SEO teams to put together effective growth and performance strategies

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A passion for online advertising
  • Ability to think creatively when identifying and solving problems
  • A degree in either a numerical subject or digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Highly-tuned attention to detail
  • Excellent project management and time management skills
  • Punctual and organised – you don’t forget things and you deliver what you say you will, when you say you will
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Valued, but not required:

  • Previous experience in the implementation of paid search or paid social campaigns
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Broad understanding of (or experience with) other online marketing services, including Conversion Optimisation, SEO, content and email marketing
